To thoroughly clean your jade roller, you first need to take the jade out of the roller. To do this, grab the right side of the roller with your fingers, carefully pull the jade to the left, and once there is
enough space between the stone and the stick, you can remove it completely.
Do not use alcohol or acetone-based detergents or acidic products such as lemon, vinegar or irritating soap to clean the jade roller, otherwise, it may damage the stone.
In a large bowl, combine 8 parts water with 1 part dish soap and 1 part ammonia.
Soak a clean brush or soft cloth into the mixture, smear on the surface of the drum and clean thoroughly. Be gentle, because you don’t want to scratch the surface of the jade and break it.
Rinse your jade rolling stone thoroughly with clean warm water and remove all ammonia residue, otherwise, it may cause skin irritation the next time you use it.
Dry your jade roller with a clean cloth and remove any remaining soap.
Lay your roller flat on a clean towel and let it dry completely in a well-ventilated room.
Do not store jade rollers in damp places, such as damp bathrooms, as doing so will damage them. It’s best to put it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator and enjoy its depilation next time you use it.
