How To Do Kegel Exercise?
- Lie down flat and bend both knees.
- Contract the buttock muscles and lift the anus upward.
- Keep the pelvic floor muscles contracted for five seconds, then slowly relax. Rest for five to ten seconds and repeat the contraction.
