The selection of raw materials is the first step in our quality assurance and the most important step. Our raw materials mainly include all kinds of natural jade, crystal, semi-precious stones.

More than 200 kinds in total. Ninety percent of them are imported from overseas. Such as: Brazil, Mozambique, Nigeria. To ensure the high quality, natural health and no pollution of raw materials is the principle and bottom line that we always adhere to. We reject synthetic materials and reject inferior raw materials.

Deyi, which is our company, and is also our jade roller factory. We are the company and production workshop, processing and assembly steps in one. We have been producing jade skin care and beauty products for more than 20 years, we are very experienced in jade products, you can feel completely at ease to give us your order.

Production process

Select imported raw stone ->raw stone cutting ->hand drawing->Cutting pattern-> high preserve setting->polishing treatment->large gift box ->assembly inspection->polished and dried

How many steps does it take to make a jade gua sha board?

In fact, the steps to produce a gua sha board and a jade roller are the same, both have to go through the process of selecting the original stone, cutting the stone, hand-painting the pattern, cutting the pattern, high-pressure shaping, polishing treatment, and assembling and treatment.

So whether we produce jade roller or jade gua sha plates, we need a very large number of people and production machinery, how big do you think our production workshop will be? And how big is our production capacity?

Our factory has an area of about 10,000 square meters, more than 100 advanced production equipment and over 200 employees which can make sure mass production capacity. Currently, the monthly output of regular double-head roller is 200,000pieces, single-head roller is 300,000 pieces, gua sha board is 40,000pieces, and the monthly output of yoni egg is 100,000 pieces. And we will change the output according to the customers’ requirement. We have always been famous for delivery on time.
