Start by placing the three fingertips of each hand under your eyebrows so your eyes are wide open. Then, while smiling, try pulling your eyebrows up to your fingertips​​. Take a deep breath and hold. Then, close your eyelids tightly as you roll your eyes as if looking up.

Hold this for 20 seconds. Repeat three times.

Start by making an “O” shape with your mouth. Then, pull your lips back into the smile while hiding your teeth. Repeat this action six times.

Step 2: Start your double chin workout by warming up. Turn your neck to the right and back to center.
